Job Description

Texas Oasis is seeking an experienced Drainage / Landscape Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires supervisory skills and an understanding of landscape and drainage construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape and drainage

• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including drainage, stone work, and plant installation

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is required

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver's license is required

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew to complete drainage and landscape projects

• Follow plans provided by the Drainage Manager or Landscape Architect

• Promptly communicate project issues to the Manager

• Perform tasks such as digging, planting, and hauling

• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner

• Train new crew members

• Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies

• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by the team

• Keep all receipts for project purchases and report them to the Manager

$20 - $24 per hour.
